I want to become a branding because of changes in future plans. So in this trip to Guangzhou, we deliberately observed their overall market. This paper analyzes and records several major business circles and commercial shopping centers.

First of all, I'd like to say that I came from the city of Shanghai, a very busy, fast, clean, very diverse, personality, fashionable dress.

It may be my preconceived idea, so the first impression of Guangzhou is not so good. Although Guangzhou is already a pioneer of the earliest open trade, I find that the purchasing power of the consumer is not strong. In the well-known shopping center, there are few passenger flows, most of the consumers are willing to buy fast fashion with a lower price.

The luxury brands and expensive goods are almost no one to buy, they prefer to buy oversea with a suitable price.

The most popular place in shopping malls is restaurants. Almost every restaurant needs to wait in line. Therefore, I think most of the surveys indicate that there are many consumers in certain stores, but there are not many consumers who actually buy clothes.

But there are also good phenomena. Modern consumers are not shopping for consumption. They are more to enjoy the whole shopping environment and convenient facilities. There are many areas in a mall, such as cinemas, restaurants, clothing and so on, so that they can relax themselves in the same place and enjoy the whole day. Shopping centers need to use visual, touch and taste to stimulate consumers' desire to buy. With unique architectural appearance, artistic display, identification of high scent and pleasant music, it can become a driving force for consumers to patronize again.

Although this type of shopping malls began to grow, there were still many shops that could not survive for a long time. The recession of the entity store is mainly caused by several aspects. First, the decline of the big economic trend and the increase of rents are unable to bear the pressure. Second every season's update, coupled with the pressure of no purchase, leads to a doubling of inventory pressure. Third, online shops are the main advantages, and have been doing well in mass, design and low prices.
