Self-reflection (SWOT)

STRENGTHS :

I think my special advantage is affinity. It is easy to be friends with me and be close to me. I don't give a strong sense of distance. I can avoid many interpersonal problems in the future work and getting along with me. I think I have the ability to be sensitive and have good taste in art. Because I have been painting and seeing the exhibition, I am very good at color and creative. I can give good advice on the design. So I want to work in the future career related to creativity. I think that I am a person with more strength. On some important occasions, I can show myself very well and be able to behave comfortably. For work and tasks, I can deal with problems with a very dedicated professional attitude. I do things very seriously, and the evaluation of others can be accepted and corrected with an open mind. In the face of new things, my tolerance and acceptance is very strong, and can quickly integrate into the environment.

I feel that I am a state to be developed, but there are many undeveloped potential abilities. As long as I want to learn things, I feel that I can do well.

WEAKNESSES :

Of course, I am not perfect, there will be many deficiencies. In the course of school learning, it is often a certain theoretical knowledge, and the related knowledge learned in the classroom is only a corner of the iceberg, so the knowledge I reserve is very short, and the experience in practice is also insufficient.

Lack of English ability leads to difficulties in communication with foreigners. I can't express myself clearly in one hundred percent. Socially afraid of communicating with others and not knowing what to say. Language communication and social ability have become my weakness.

Sometimes I am lazy, and I want to put the difficult things in the final solution. This is a very bad habit.

Habitual dependence on people around is a great obstacle to independence. Often do anything, hoping that someone will be able to stay together.

OPPOTUNITIES :

I think the fashion industry is an industry that will never disappear. People are no longer satisfied with the basic way of life, they will pursue different things. Highlight your own personality and style.

The human desire for matter is continuous. Women's pursuit of beauty is also very strong.

Male consumers gradually take up a large proportion in the market.

And I am a fashion marketing major, studying in this major, and I am very much needed in the future market. It is not a lack of designers, but a lack of a large number of smart marketers to help good designers and brands to promote their works, so that more talents are unearthed and received by the public.

I also appreciate that my parents can give me a good education, let me grow in this professional, good learning atmosphere, so that I have so many excellent teachers and friends around me, give me unselfish help and advice, tell me some new knowledge and experience I have not touched.

THREATS :

As I mentioned above, I am a lack of self-confidence and communication skills, and in fashion industry, communication ability is a very important factor. You need to take the initiative to let others know you quickly and reach a consensus. It's a painful thing to have a good idea and excellent design concept, but don't know how to tell others.

This industry is actually the same. Non professional people can do the job as long as they have ideas. Therefore, they are very competitive in employment. So I have to do my best to overcome these difficulties and make myself excellent.
